Shipping and Delivery
Once you have completed your order, we aim to dispatch your package as swiftly as possible. Our shipping services are based on shipping destination and are listed in full below.
When placing an order for multiple items, please note that your order may be dispatched in separate packages. This is due to the product's place of production.
Orders cannot be delivered to packing stations!
PRICES
We use live shipping rates to ensure you are offered the best possible price at the time of placing the order.
Please note that some products (e.g. various clothing items) can only be shipped from selected locations. This may result in additional customs charges for you. The amount of these additional costs is calculated individually for each order and cannot be bindingly estimated by us.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated Shipping Times will be shown at check out. The delivery times are a non-binding estimate. Please keep in mind that delivery may be a bit slower during the holiday seasons and large volumes of orders coming in, as well as other unforeseen circumstances that carriers may run into.
Note: Estimated delivery times on your storefront are only available to visitors from these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
TRACKING
We offer a tracked service for all locations worldwide.
- Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number and a My Orders link where you can follow the shipment progress.
- On that page, you’ll also find information on the carrier service handling your delivery. They may be able to provide additional details about your shipment, if needed.
- For international deliveries, it’s quite common for multiple carrier services to be involved in processing your order. Depending on the country, customs checks or processing at different border points may also take a little longer. It’s not unusual for your parcel to show as In Transit for several days without an update.
- Please also note that tracking page updates can occasionally be delayed for international shipments. For the most accurate information, please check both pages provided (the My Orders page and the carrier’s own tracking page).
The FA&H Merch Team, unfortunately, cannot provide additional details, as we only have access to the same tracking pages mentioned above.
- The estimated delivery date is a non-binding estimate. Especially during the holiday season (October to late December), delivery delays can occur. If your parcel doesn’t arrive on the originally estimated date, please allow an extra 2–3 days. In most cases, parcels simply run a little late.
However, if the estimated delivery date is exceeded by more than 7 days, feel free to send us an email at merch[at]foilarmsandhog.ie and we'll look into it. :)

PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you say you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address, at a collection point, at a parcel shop, or with your neighbours.
PACKAGE COULDN'T BE DELIVERED
If a package could not be delivered and was sent back to one of our distribution centres, we can re-ship the item, but you may have to cover the shipping costs.
For damaged items or packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email the FA&H Merch Team at merch[at]foilarmsandhog.ie
