Refunds / Returns Policy

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE , OR LOST MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If incorrect items or sizes were shipped or merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping we will provide a full refund including postage costs.

PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you say you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address, at a collection point, at a parcel shop, or with your neighbours.

PACKAGE COULDN'T BE DELIVERED

If a package could not be delivered and was sent back to one of our distribution centers, we can re-ship the item but you may have to cover the shipping costs.

For damaged items or packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Our email is merch[at]foilarmsandhog.ie

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to the way in which orders are created and fulfilled, we cannot accept exchanges.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and read your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
