Refunds / Returns Policy
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE , OR LOST MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately* if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If incorrect items or sizes were shipped or the merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping we will provide a full refund including postage costs.
PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you say you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address, at a collection point, at a parcel shop, or with your neighbours.
PACKAGE COULDN'T BE DELIVERED
If a package could not be delivered and was sent back to one of our distribution centres, we can re-ship the item but you may have to cover the shipping costs.
* For damaged items or packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email the FA&H Merch Team at merch[at]foilarmsandhog.ie
EXCHANGES
Due to the way our shop operates, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for merchandise unless they are damaged or defective (see above).
All of our merch is created using a Print-on-Demand service. That means each item is made especially for you the moment you place an order. Unlike traditional stores that keep stock on hand, we don’t have a warehouse full of pre-printed products waiting to be returned or exchanged. Every order is custom-produced just for you, which is great for reducing waste and keeping things more sustainable – but it also means we can’t take items back once they’ve been printed.
A HANDY TRICK FOR FINDING THE RIGHT SIZE
Every product page includes size details for each clothing item, so if you're unsure which size to go for, be sure to check them out! A handy trick to find the right fit is to grab a similar piece from your wardrobe that fits you well and compare its measurements to the ones on our product page. That way, you’ll have a better idea of whether it’ll be a good match for you.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and read your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
